David began his insurance career with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 1984. During his career he has amassed an amazing record of success in over two decades of service as a retail employee benefits producer in both mid-market and large market business. He has consistently achieved top sales awards throughout his career, including the Exceptional Producer Council Award recognizing him in the top 3% of all producers within Willis’ North American Retail Division.  David’s leadership experience includes practice group leadership, sales management and office leader roles for  regional and global brokers, as well as a Regional CEO position for a Top 10 Public Broker.

David is a nationally recognized industry thought leader, author and speaker, is a graduate of Santa Clara University, and currently resides in Portland Oregon.

Andre' Young
Director

After his studies at Brigham Young, and distinguished service in the US Marine Corps, Andre pursued a career in finance and accounting which led to CFO roles with many Silicon Valley start ups during the dot.com boom.  With over 20 years experience in taking companies from small privately held concerns through the IPO process and aligning their finance, accounting, and operations to meet and exceed strategic growth objectives, Andre is a huge asset to our agency clients in helping them better understand their finances, perform realistic financial projections, convert standard CPA generated P&L's into metric categories unique to insurance operations, provide fold-in acquisition evaluations, and other related finance driven consulting projects aligned specifically to insurance operations.

George C Fraser III
Director

George is responsible for assisting our agency clients in developing large and complex life insurance cases within their existing property casualty,
employee benefits or VIP personal lines portfolios.  He also provides consultation to agencies on how to add a wealth management practice group,
advises on sales management issues, assists with the development of new business sales initiatives, and is a great resource for those agencies
who do not have an inhouse life insurance practitioner yet wish to take advantage of opportunities which exist within their book of business. 
George is also responsible for the distribution of QuickLife, a vendor solution offered by Rainmaker, to elite financial service professionals
across the country.  George has over 35 years of industry experience and is the former National President of GAMA, and former Chairman of the
Board of AMTC.  George has also served on the Research Agency Group of LIMRA and is one of the most highly respected insurance professionals nationally.

Phillip Hood
Director of Marketing

Phillip has 20+ years marketing and sales experience in the Employee Benefits arena, both as a retail insurance broker and as a wholesaler of various products distributed through the brokerage community in California. His experience runs the gamut of the market, from “street level selling” to managing both inside and outside sales representatives and interfacing with carriers and General Agencies that distribute employee benefit products. He has worked in both small and midsize markets and sold administrative products to large groups and carriers nationwide.

Phillip has extensive training and mentoring experience at the sales force level, including Wholesale Distributors, and has conducted many seminars and continuing education programs for retail brokers throughout California. He is an accomplished public speaker. 

Prior to attending college he served in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from California State University Long Beach. He currently lives in Orange County California.
