The Agency Advocate Program

For small agencies (under $2M of annualized revenues) we have developed the 'Agency Advocate' Program.  For a $500.00 per month membership fee,
agencies can access:  1)  a block of 20 hours in consulting services per year;
2) access to our "ThunderCloud" Environment; and, 3) access to our endorsed vendor resources.   This program is designed to help agency owners create a strategic growth strategy for their agencies, and provide the tools, templates,
and vendor resources that will foster that growth.

The Agency Builder Program

Our Agency Builder platform is a fully customizable suite of services that can meet the needs of any agency wishing to grow and increase it's franchise value.  We can provide consulting and advisory services to:  1) acquisition and divestiture services; 2) organic growth initiatives; 3) operational efficiency initiatives; and, 4) professional development initiatives.  Our fees for these services typically range from $1500.00 - $4,000.00 per month on a 12 month retained basis.
